This one day course is a wonderful opportunity to explore the abundance of Summer produce and a range of organic wholefoods.

Relax and enjoy the cookery demonstration, then sample the delicious dishes for lunch. There will be plenty of time for discussion, sharing background information on ingredients, and tips on food preparation and recipes.

Course Tutor:

Sue Stark has a passion for cooking and eating good food, with a particular interest in special diets. She has been involved in growing, cooking and selling organic food for over twenty years.

Running a vegetarian guest house gave her the opportunity to explore a wide range of recipes and to express her creativity in the presentation of dishes. Sue believes that food should excite the senses, and that eating a healthy diet is a way of life rather than a chore.
