What is Sports Therapy?

The aim of Sports Massage Therapy is to enhance performance and prevent injury. It is an ideal way to realign your body's natural posture and overall muscular balance.

Whatever your sport, whether mountain biking, decathlon, marathon runner, horse riding, fell walking or a session in the gym, a specifically tailored Sports Massage not only reduces the risk of injury, but promotes the flexibility of joints and muscles, and increases your performance. During competition or training sessions, your muscles are working harder. It is easy to over-use or over-exert muscles, and cause injury.
