On this one day course we will take a walk around Staveley in the beautiful Kentmere valley. We will identify, taste and pick some common herbs in their natural habitat.
Returning to the village hall, we will make various simple home remedies from the fresh plants. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
We will be going out whatever the weather. Please bring hot/wet weather gear, and a picnic lunch. Sorry, no dogs.
